In pig digestive system Gram-positive bacteria, which produce lactic accid occur largely, and microorganisms which can under certain conditions change in pathogen form are found in smaller percentage. Mineral Detox Plus prevents pathogen microorganisms growth.
Mineral Detox Plus contains herb St. John extract, which has bactericidal effect, while thyme extract has virucidal and immunostimulating effect on Brachyspira dyseneriae, and with Gram-negative bacteria has antagonistic effect in pig digestive system.
Intestinal flora is healthy as long as pathogen organisms are multiplied (Clostridiumi, Salmonelle, enteropatogeni E.coli i Brachyspira hyodisenteriae) under the influence of stress factors: bad habitat conditions and bad animal treatment, infecion of the ambient where animals are kept, unbalanced nutrition, food contaminated with mycotoxins. Those stress factors can cause many illnesses, and the greatest economical damage is caused by diarrhea – pig dysentery, which Mineral Detox Plus greatly reduces.
